Australia Day @ The Ace Cafe 2006

The HSV Drivers Club next meet will be at the Ace Cafe on Sunday the 22nd Jan 2006 to celebrate Australia Day (26th Jan)......

For those who missed this years event I have posted a couple of pictures.......

I will keep you posted on who and what will be attending but please feel free to make suggestions.

The day is open to all Australian cars but remember last year by 10.30am the car park was full, so if you intend to come along please post here so I can sort out a parking plan!!!

uk_hsv, are there any magazines coming this year??? Last year we had Total Vauxhall. Same again this year?

A tip for the newcomers to the forum. There's a cold water tap round the corner just to the right of the entrance so it's a good idea to bring basic cleaning equipment like bucket, wash mit, and suds.

TIP#2: Bring pleanty of change for coffee & tea. Although the weather last year was kind to us it was b1o0dy freezing. The food at the ACE is very reasonable in price and quality.

Phew! a week later and it clashes with the Noble Owners Club first official meet at Brands. I'll be coming,any chance of a parking slot in the car park Paul as it won't get up the kerb in the road.......or I could bribe a lift with AGH, he'll do anything for a burger!
