How can polish be that expensive.. Does it contain titanium or gold or some other precious metal?

It was a sampler pot from eBay. I also have the Atlantique which I will be using soon. I didn't even give the car a proper detail (just a wash and wax) for the competition pictures and it was cloudy too so I was quite pleased. So I can't wait until Spring when I do a proper job and get my PC on it.
