Translation: "legal right" = usually a vain hope unless you've already pleaded not guilty
Translation: "further check" = first time anyone has looked at the evidence
Translation: "error has occurred" = you've rumbled us, but we're not going to give you the chance to take us to court.

Translation: "human error is extremely rare" = we have a process that is error-prone, but we're not going to change it.
