New SPECS camera in Gospel Oak London,

Just noticed that there's a new SPECS camera been installed on Mansfield Road Camden
just before the railway bridge - pointing westwards.

20mph limit

However this hasn't been installed by the police - it's been installed as part of a local council and TFL initiative !

You can't have just one SPECS camera, so there must be another.
