Paul....you've been rumbled mate!!

I was scouting about the net looking for pix of other VXRs and came across a sight with this pic on it. It was taken in Jun 05, IIRC.

Great spot mate (you need to get out more) I am so embarrassed that I was caught in the middle lane being overtaken, it might have been when i was running in/ or even the deliverey drive home up the M3. I have been aware of people taken phone photos when driving before!!! have fun with your valentines pressie's. I am wondering if a rip shift and exhaust upgrade will do for mine!!!!!!!

lol how about getting overtaken by a Corsa for embarrassing!! Quietly minding my own business one day and had a Corsa fly past doing around 110. So not one to let that go I slid past him on the way up the next hill and watched him vanish in the distance. Imagine my amazement then when 10 mins later he goes flying past me doing around 125mph. At that point I thought better of giving chase as anyone mad enough to do over 120 in a Corsa is a very dangerous person to be around.

A couple of years ago, I was buzzed by an ancient Fiesta RS Turbo, nothing unsual about that, except he glued himself onto my rear bumper at c.130mph! I pulled across to see what it was, looked to be standard as in it didn't have monster wheels, drainpipe exhaust etc. & was really pretty ropey looking. Must have had something good under the bonnet though, what a Q car! Reckon it was good for at least 150mph, as it pulled well at big speeds.
Never underestimate any car, I went in a 1997 Saab 9000 Aero at Abbott Racing yesterday, it probably had c.280bhp, but It's mid-range performance would embarrass a standard CV-8!
