White bmw 5 series mystery!

Has anyone seen the white 5 series beemer flying around yorkshire with hidden blues?

Saw it on wed last week with all big wiggs in (non had full police uniforms such as florecent jackets) all had buisness dress and there was also what looked like a secretery in the back.

the driver didnt seem to be fully aware of what he was doing like some of the other traf pold you see (he looked as if he was just barely in his teens) and his driving was not well thought out as he couldnt get him self out of a traffic jacm with loads of diffrent routes to get out of.

I know that a previous West Yorks Police Chief Constable insisted that his personal "company car" be fully fitted out for police car type use so maybe they still do that? The driver might well have just been some civilian or a PC, they will have passed the police standard test in order to be able to drive the car but by no means certain that they will have passed the advanced courses.
