I have not heard of one which talks.....


But seriously, the manufacturer of the Laser they usually only tell you after you have said you want to contest the case. I have contested a case at Magistrates and Crown court with the LTI2020 which is one of the main older types which a lot of the current adverse publicity is around. If it is this one I can tell you pretty much anything you need to know. Smeggy also knows a huge amount of the technical stuff on how they work.
