Licence probs again!

still waiting to hear from the DVLA about my Licence!, been out of work now for a full month due to their incompetance, and no income at all! as not entitled aparrently to any!
am now behind with the Mortgage etc, oh btw I now have a CCJ as a result of the DVLA'S incompetance
can I do anything?

As stated previously if you have been driving for some time before the Licence disappeared then you should have little difficulty in passing a test.
Have you explored through the Job Centre if they can assist in driver training/test?
Has been reported that is one area of employment that is crying out for workers.
This may hurt but it appears it is time to get off your backside and sort it out as DVLA are not, it would seem, going to budge.
Go to it, as Henry Root would say.

I have found my original Licence and Phoned the DVLA, they said as its issued by the Local authority it is not valid according to them!!!! WTF!!
it's proof beyond doubt I passed my Motorcycle test though
