.... or does there seem to be an increasing number of incidents of people driving on the wrong side of a dual carriageway.
Where I live (Norfolk) there seem to be an steady stream of them (not only the recent most publicised one) ; someone was convicted for it yesterday and there's another one today - and there are very few D2's round here.
