Can't see Cars on members' profile

For some strange reason, I can't see any pictures of members' cars on their profiles. I've allowed pop ups from the Pistonheads site, but there's just nothing there. Not even an indication that there should be a picture.

So what am I doing wrong? Any help would be very much appreciated.
