New Dash Options
Discussion
Just fund a company that can provide a number of dash options from the normal classical dash colours and available in real Caron Fibre and Quilted Maple stained in various colours (roughly matching body colour).
I have just gone for the Maple with a dark Grey stain to match the Black.
The company is Classical Dash sales@classical-dash.co.uk
Hope the helps!

the dash on my 1998 chim 450 was badly cracked and warped so i got an aluminium replacement from leven tech (you won't find it on their site you need to contact them direct). The surface has a high pressure water etched carbon weave effect, looks realy cool! cost £150 for the main upper section and the small lower one. still to fit it as the project for the spring. Any one got handy hints about removal of old one and also removing and refitting the instruments etc as i believe it can be a b**ch of a job.
it's not a bitch you just have to allow yourself plenty of time and don't rush it. It helps if you have the new dash there when removing the old one (ie not waiting whilst the old one is re-veneered etc ) watch for scratching the leather dash with the bolt ends when you remove it and if you need a method for removing and then re-attaching the indicator lights ( on a facelift dash ) email me offline for solution.

TonyRec's guide to dash replacement can be found on ChimaeraPages.com, in the 'Resources' section under 'Upgrades'.
