Well the Monnie had to go in to have some work done at Greens and I was simply bowled over by the exceptional level of service I received. As some here will know, I am not easily impressed by car dealers and I have had some bad experiences with various Vauxhall garages over the years however Greens proves beyond doubt that not all Vauxhall dealers conform to the usual steroetypes that we have often placed upon them. Firstly, Jeff was in constant contact with me before the car went in, giving me directions and information regarding what was being done and how long it would take. Secondly, the receptionists were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that I got a high level of service with free coffee/tea and comfy seats & a TV available. All the employees seemed very friendly and I had a long chat with a few of them who had nothing but praise for Brian (Caspy) and the dealership and the Monaro in general. I was even given a Wortec fettled 05 CV8 as a courtesy car which makes a difference from the usual corsa 1.2 and was a massive help on the three hour journey home (although the 'Nascar' boxes were in so it was a bit noisy at cruising speeds!). When I went to pick the car up I noticed a big stone chip on the bonnet which we had collected on the way up, however the body shop man was nice enough to come out and touch it up for us.

All in all a fantastic Vauxhall experience and if it wasn't so far away I would use them all the time. Brian (Caspy), you have permission to feel smug!

Enthusiasm is infectious, as much to do with the customer as my team.

Thank you.
