Just had an 'encounter' with this car on the A611 Annesley by-pass near Junction 27 of the M1. Driven very badly and nearly caused an accident when it swerved in front of another car that then swerved in front of me to avoid hitting it. Dunno what the hell he was playing at, whether he was trying to bait me or something, but the copper was driving like a right plonker

I think they're fed up of scraping up the remains of the terminally stupid who didn't look before pulling out from the junction. Would have been better to close the gap off and make people go up/down the road to the roundabout.
