no pics, but a good book which covers it is "track day drivers guide" by Art Markus.
the basics are to be comfortable distance from pedals so that you are not stretching and preferably to be close enough to the wheel to place your wrist on top of it (without leaning forward). I always follow this guide and it gets me there or thereabouts in an unfamiliar car pretty quickly

when you say no leaning forward it means shoulder blades pussed back again the seatback?

That's correct. You should be an integral part of the seat, only able to move your arms, legs and head. Here's a comfortable position (although harness not fully tightened at this point, and feet are on the floor, bringing knees a bit higher than when driving):

Thanks jakobyte i already try it you have much better control youve been very helpfull. seating low feels much better as well, but, is it allright do drive like that in a street car? I mean elbows bend 90 degrees?
