GIRL PANS A BURGLAR

A JUDGE praised Laura Partington yesterday for battering a burglar on the head with a saucepan.

Laura, 23, beat Ibrahim El-Hamady so hard it broke. She grabbed another and landed more blows as she chased him out.

She dragged him under a CCTV camera, called police on her mobile and held him until they came.

Judge Jamie Tabor QC said: "I suspect many right-thinking people regret she didn't hit you harder."

El-Hamady, 20, admitted burglary. The judge in Gloucester said he will avoid jail if he stays out of trouble until September.

Laura, of Gloucester, said: "I just went mad."

Is that it? Is that his punishment? Be good for four months! No wonder this country is going to the dogs.

why has the fact he got a beating got anything to do with it ?

the lass was merly defending her property and self, if she didn't he'd have taken it.

so if I do something wrong I can escape prison by taking a beating ?

Actually, I thought the title of the thread was referring to the justice of Laura not being the one to end up in court...

I have to say I am amazed she didn't get nicked for assault, ABH etc.. whilst he was given legal aid to sue her for every penny she has.. At least something went right for once, and good on the judge for saying right thinking people would agree with her lamping the scrote.

Prisons must be a tad full at the moment then, lets see if the scrote can stay out of trouble for a few months..... Could this be the start of a 'pandemic'.(pun intended.)

The Judges just let the little 5hites off with a warning-Justice my arse (too)
WTF, very pleased though that her actions were commended by the judge. At least that sends out the message to homeowners to exert a little of their own 'justice' because as proven in this instance, if they get to court then the sentence is just going to be a derisory joke!

Why don't we do a collection and buy her a baseball bat so she can hit the thieving st without breaking any of her own belongings next time
Full marks to the lady, very well done. Never thought I'd say this, but full marks to the judge too
