Summer Meet 20006/Extended Welcome

The good folks over at Tyresmoke have extended the welcome for us folks here at HSV to join them for their annual summer meet in Poole Dorset on 2nd July. This has been running for two years and last year saw great attendence, mainly from Audi owners.

For those wishing to make a weekend of it, there is a get together on Saturday evening 1st July, at the venue and the main event the following day will include the get together and cruise.

Will make for a good meet, specially if the weather is good. Lets have a good turn out!!

I think my Dad and I should be able to make it seeing as we only live 10 minutes away, only in Rover 418d (it has a turbo you know!) I'm afraid

Perhaps we could hitch a ride with someone for the cruise? My BHP addiction has not been quenched for a month and it would be good to see a good turn out of monaros. We'll have to make some noise and scare the Audi boys! A VXR with headers should do the trick!

I've got headers, blacked out rear windows... ...and a 42" Plasma HDTV with full surround sound and booze and video gamess...a drum kit in the boot (mind you, with the sound of my exhaust, that aint far from the truth).... And i've got those cool "HSV.Org.Uk" window stickers...

Its basically the TSN AUDI summer meet, but with an extended welcome to HSV owners. I'm just going to put the RS4s to shame. Meet on Sunday will involve a cruise somewhere.

I know it well, lovely spot. No hope of keeping up if the cruise gets spirited on the roads that surround THAT! Its right near the Cranborne Chase. Let me know any more details you have when you get 'em.

Meet starts at about 11:30am on the Sunday (2nd July). Last year they provided a marquee and went for a cruise, same this year I believe. We will be aiming to get down there for about 11ish. Hope to see you there mate.

Meet is on Sunday at 11:30, to include a lunch in the Marquee and a cruise about Dorset area. I need to know final numbers so I can let the caterers know (only me at the mo). Would be good to see some more HSVs....all welcome!!
