Any of you chaps heading to Goodwood on Friday?
I shall be there with the Aero and would be good to put names to faces and all that if any of you will be there.

Cheers!

I was there - watched Charles Morgan drive the Aero up the hill... wish it had the sports exhaust on it as it really sounded quiet and not very exciting

Agreed - Aero was far too quiet!
Needed side exits like Boshly's!

Not keen on the side exits Tony... mainly because the rear valance ends up looking like something is missing (which it is). They offered to make me a blanking plate but I've gone for a rear exit sports exhaust instead

Thats the exhaust I have - and it sounds fantastic.
Particularly in a tunnel!

Great to hear! (no pun intended!)

Is it on the Aero? And is it the Richard Thorne exhaust?

I ahve the standard Issue 'Morgan' sports exhaust as supplied by the factory. I don't know about the Richard Thorne one... Sure it'll sound great though

Have to agree with you on the look, however from where I sit I can't see it but sure as damn can hear the side exits! Must compare the sound to a sports box closely but only time I heard a sports box - loud and rumbly though it was - I believe my sides sound more 'rorty'
I await comparison @ our September meet.

Not too late in September please, don't want to clash with St Tropez

Ah Mr Tony, the pressure is now on.

I can do anytime in September bar the last weekend . If you have problems trying to organise, I can try & help. Not my forte' but can seek out a centralish venue like a pub or circuit or such like.

I guess an idea of where everyone is would be a good start.

I am in Farnham in Surrey.

Cheers, Boshly

Hey Nomis, sorry to hear about yr delay. Afraid I can never wait which is why I bought the demo/press car!

Mr Tony offered at one stage to organise an Aero meet. I am just making sure we don't just let it slip.

Anyhow, regarding your engine delay, how about you ask for their (Charles'?) demonstrator for the trip down to St Tropez? That should be reasonable compensation?

I'm still up for that. How about I throw some dates down as possiblities on another thread and we all work out an acceptable day - then I will get on to a venue.
