Black or Anthracite wheels on my Seal Grey C2

What's the view?

2002 C2 in Seal Grey with 5 spoke Carrera II Alloys. Thinking about having them finished in Black or Anthracite. Anyone have any views or pics of ones already done? Also, where's a good place to go for doing it? I live in Derby.

Can you do Gloss Black as an effect as well? If that's the Matt Black above, it looks mighty fine!

I'm trying to canvass a little more opinion here......
I really do like the matt black 9or maybe even a gloss black?) but is this going to make me look like the sort of young spotty Corsa owner that spends too much time down at Halfrauds????
Any input?

I've seen a few 997's with the the black painted stanard wheels and for me it just doesn't work. They look a bit cheap and look like they are an after thought.

Spend the money on the optional extra rims.

Neither IMO, keep em silver.
Probably a little biased having had a Scooby with gold wheels in my dark & distant past, put me right off.
