As per the title!

Unlike last year where we ate at the Pistenklause every night, we're planning to cater for others in the group who don't like eating raw cows (strange, but true!) so wanted suggestions of other good eateries in the area?

Thanks in advance!

Food was excellent.

Try the Blau Ecke in the main square in Adenau. A touch more expensive than the usual eateries. Pinochios (pizzas) is also good (on the left as you drive down the hill through Adenau, just before the main square. The is a good Chinese place down the road from the Blau Ecke on the right hand side.

Alternatively, just rock up at the car park and ask anyone!

Thanks for your replys guys .... those sound spot on. It was DTM weekend last year when we went so was rammed everywhere and the Pistenklause seemed as good a place as any, but I think we'll wander the streets of Adenau for those places and maybe a trip to Cheri Bar if things are quiet!

In Barwieler(prob spelt wrong), there is a fine restaurant run by a husband and wife, called the Agnesenhof. The Husband, like all good chefs is crazy. They are keen to cater for your needs and will procure most things on request. The Chef will also go shooting for wild animals as this is one of his hobbies. They are nice people, and have so far kept my father happy and he is a real food snob!! They are so popular that the hotel is fully booked the whole VLN season.

If you fancy a drive, head towards Cochem. There are some eateries and bars in a very picturesque town. It is about 40km of the most fantastic road you can find, well worth it.
