There prics is crazy, I paid 68 for it when I bought it in January. I've done 3,000 miles in it, and then they are selling it for 67,850.

Good Luck!

So they gave you 58k for it and are flying an air-suspended children's toy?

In the deal I did it worked out I got 60k for it, because I got 2k off the car I was buying. But I believe they actually paid 58k for the car.

They offered 58k for mine I said no way and walked out the door, they said ok 58k for yours but we take another 2k off our car. I had already knocked off £500 off theirs so said OK. Then his car didn't have a tracker, so I got another £200 off for that. I'm sure they had plenty to play with in their car, but felt good getting a nice discount from sticker price.

Air suspended childrens toy? Sorry you lost me there?

Few chips that I touched in, rear sticker slightly scratched, tiny dent in the roof, and a crease on passenger side wing where a dent was removed by dealer.

Other then that it's fine, had a new clutch fitted under warranty just before I sold it.

I think 63-64 at the most.

Isn't the internet just a great tool to get more transparency on how OPC's cream their margins?

Oh yes indeed. I believe that the OPC Kendall car owes them £60k!

say they make 9k if they sell asap - they then have to pay corp tax on the profit at what 40%? make a reasonable profit for the time/money invested.

Company tax in the UK is more like 30%.

Also, remember that most approved Porsches sold in the UK are financed. OPCs love their finance deals 'cause that's how they make their real money..

They buy a car for £60k, advertise for £67k but with a financing package thrown in they get back about £75k - £80k (depending on the terms..). On top of that there's warranties, servicing, etc

No wonder Porsche is the most profitable per car manufacturer in the world..!!

They'll have to fix the dings etc too, and given that most dealers stock is financed they have to make payments on that too. Include the cost of the temple of steel & glass, fancy biscuits & etc, and you can see why they need biggish margins.
