Porsche 924 S 1986 - Auto-electrician

I have a problem with the electrics in my 1986 924 S. The windscreen wipers do not work, there is no dash-light when the headlights are turned on, and the electric windows only work when the driver door is open!

I think the problem is just a matter of faulty electrics. Does anybody know of a decent / good value auto electrician in the South West London area?

i cannot help with the auto electrician in your area but anyone any good will be busy
have you got a handbook and manual?
did all the faults occur at the same time?
what happened just before that?
anyone fit anything electical?
have you checked fuses and moved each one in its housing
any sign of corrosion on the fuses/relay connections clean it off
tested all the electrics to see what else isnt working
the windows on my s2 work without the ignition when the door is open by design
if they do this but dont work with the door shut/ignition on i think it may be the door switches
again remove them and remove/clean up connections
check wiper fuse/listen for electric motor as the linkage can break
dash lights may be on a rheostat dimmer
it is really just a matter of working thro it all
