Customer feeback form - what's the point??!

Got a "pre-owned" 997 recently, and Porsche GB kindly sent me a customer feedback form (first one I've had despite several previous purchases).
I filled it out, essentially saying that's it's a great car but pointing out one or two things that let it down, and complaining about certain aspects of customer service and the Porsche ownership experience.
Got a reply in the post last week, saying they were pleased I was so happy with my car and the Porsche brand! It's as if because I'd ticked the 8/10 box when rating the car they just ignored everything else!
Should have saved the ink ...
