Hi everyone just seen a so called miracle on XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX site. A Designtec air ram?? 35% bhp and 31% better mpg!! Only £99. In my experience anything too good to be true usually is but cant help wonder. Seems a reputable outfit. Anyone got one or herd of any success?

Edited to delete the name of the site that should be closed down in case there are any gullible porsche owners on PH.

You have answered your own question, sir.

I'm sure Porsche would have thought of this...... if it wasn't utter cobblers.

In my mind they've lost all credibility a company selling Porsche parts could possibly lose. I don't even want my indicators associated with them

Moderation on here is always interesting
You are graciously protecting "gullible" Porsche owners from a cheap ram air system, but what about other gullible owners who pay for Porsche type power increases and get chassis dyno power increases ?

Would the following link be up for deletion - this US company is now being heavily advertised and marketed in the UK, claimed gains not as dramatic but surely just as fanciful ? or is it about degrees of BS PHers are allowed to be subjected to

Thanks

Al, I have got a 'Long Weight' available for your 3.2 front end to improve handling, shipping from Hong Kong via the US via Siberia. Delivery 6 months plus. Only $450! Lots of 'Elbow Grease' for sale, too.

Possibly the only piece of info that's missing is what speed the car needs to be doing before maximum effect is gained fron the 'ram air' ... Like about 300mph probably.
