996 TT amp

Hi. My 52 plate 996TT has had the fibre optic amp removed (Porsche 'MOST' amp) in order to fit an after market unit. Anyone know where I could get another Porsche amp to replace it with? Is it made by Bose in the TT (as it's got the Bose spkrs?). Thanks for any help.
