With the delay in delivery of the 997 GT3 this fall, I am still undecided as to color for the car? What have other UK GT3 owners spec'd up ?

I've seen the white, yellow, meteor grey and red's and all look ok but not sure what is a distinctive GT3 color these days as all these colors can be ordered across the range ?

I think the new GT3 looks fantastic (far better than the 997TT) and will suit almost any of the standard and special colours.

Thought it looked particularly stunning in Silver.

I'm with Mike, having been through blue & red, currently decided on...........................
Arctic Silver,(GT would make a change, but not at an extra grand for a slightly darker shade)ok ok I know it's boring, but as I am buying it for ME not to impress others, that shouldn't be a problem.............................................. I like silver, see I have come out & said it..I like silver. No need for therapy any more now I have come clean!

Indeed and it appears from the photos that it'll offer a purer driving experience too with a more direct connection between the steering and the wheels, allowing you to balance it mid corner on the throttle if you're a really special driver....

I'm still undecided - why is the range on standard and special coulours on offer so dull? Maybe I'll have to stump up the extra £2k for colour to order.

I thought the 997GT3 looked real good in white, which I'm not normally a fan of. Ain't seen it in the flesh tho.

I have seen a 997 GT3 in white (a prototype that was taken to Goodwood) - it looked awesome and is definitely what I would go for for a GT3, though I haven't got the bottle to order my TT in white. I am not traditionally a fan of white so this is saying something - but I think that GT3s and new Golf GTis look too cool for words in white.

I took a Cobalt 997 TT around Milbrook proving ground last week and thought that looked fantastic - though I wouldn't order it myself. Someone further up this thread mentioned that they have seen the 997 in Meteor - this is a new colour and I didn't realise that it was on the road yet (the first TTs could not be ordered in Meteor), what's the verdict? Any snaps?
