It's going to be on the plot next to where the Royal Mail sorting office building used to be, which they have now changed into flats (sorry apartments) on Wellington Road. I'll get a lovely view of it been built! (Along with the 2 others I can see at the moment!)

This pic looks remarkably like Criterion Place (it's even the same shape as the current Sovereign Street/Criterion Place car park), but is clearly the Wellington Road development:
