3000S exhaust (mid) mounts

Whilst preparing the car for the run up to Crich (hopefully), I noticed that my exhaust is missing the middle section rubber mount (DG parts guide, page 2.16, item 16) and but on further inspection, I also miss the hanger itself (DG parts guide, page 2.16, item 17) ... however, when I look under the car, I can't see where the hanger would actually bolt to ... could someone oblige.
