What did you move to? Any thoughts on BOSS suspension? I'd never heard of it before!

Boss are regarded as very good performance and great but suffered in the past with no service agents, they now have one in the UK so you should be good to shread.
I've gone back to my 29ers i have a Transition Covert and a Yeti SB95 but the Yeti is being sold to a mate, too similar.

Thanks for that. I wonder if they do finance....

How's your Transition been? I work with a guy who loves them, but he's on his second cracked frame!

The tranny in a 29er is a ally model and its built sturdy, you'd be going some to break that. I prefer it to the Yeti for fun but it doesnt pedal as well as the Yeti, but its far from a poor climber.
I dont believe they do finance.

The one in question is not a 29er but the guy is an ex-dh racer so I guess he's pretty quick. The first one he got was second hand and when it broke Transition offered him a very good deal on a replacement. Don't know what the outcome of the second breakage is but it's 10 months old. By all accounts their customer service has been excellent. Hopefully just bad luck. He certainly hasn't been put off their bikes.

So, how nice do you think I need to be to my girlfriend to get a 4000 euro loan?!

New bike finally arrived after the first one was delivered with a damaged frame.

I'll get some better photos when I can get outdoors.

Looking at the stem length and the seat-post height, is that not a tad too small?

Its the standard stem and the seat post is high as I have long legs and short torso.

I feel too stretched on anything bigger.

Here is another photo:

Time to introduce Vanessa!

6 days, 9 miles and one air ambulance into ownership, I'm besotted. She's everything I hoped. Fitted the new wheels, tyres and cages this eve so finally feel I can put a pic up - I've got some Felt decals for the wheels on their way to finish off the look.

Mmmmmm...carbony....
