Am fairly clued up when it comes to buying cars, but have never bought a 911 before, so who can offer me any pearls of wisdom (PLEASE!)?

Sorry 3.4, cars a C4, budget £25K. Regarding the RMS where will the oil be most vsible?

Do the carpets etc come out up front to let me have a good look at the nose for previous accident damage etc?

Once I have a good nosy I will likely send the car toward an OPC for a pre warranty check but just want to check as much as I can myself before I do so.

cheers

a 3.4 for £25k, you are most likely to only get 1 years opc warrenty. I would use the £1k to get it inspected, serviced & if in the area take out hartechs service scheme

personally i would spend most time trawling the service history, for example my cars a 99 plate with 50k on it and ive had the variocam done and the a/c condensors which is a common thing apparently. SO if you have service history saying its already been done you will already be saving yourself some cash
