So roughly how many miles per week do you do?

Personally I would be happy if ive done 30 - 50. Im sure people do a whole load more than this.

i aim to do 60 miles on my daily commute which equates to 6 10 mile time trials each week (3 days on the bike) depending on how I feel when I get up hehe Then I'll sometimes do a longer weekend ride of anything up to about 30 miles. So, I guess in an average week I'm doing anywhere between 50 to 80 miles.

Off road around the South Downs area I ride 2-3 times a week and anything from 7-20 miles per ride, so on average about 25-30 miles per week too. The terrain is just as much of a gauge as anything though, if you lived in Norfolk and claimed you did 50 miles a week, it wouldnt be as impressive as if you lived on the side of Snowdon and did the same mileage

As I'm not racing anymore but have plenty of spare time during the day I generally have between 250 and 400 per week. It's been like that for as long as I can remember.

About 60 - 80 average, all leisure time. I had a busy week last week so didn't do any cycling.

I commute 3 or 4 days a week which is 16 miles per day, and then ride my MTB in the forest in the evenings at the moment for an hour or two covering 10-15 miles three times a week. Combined with some longer stuff at the weekends, I probably total about 100-140 miles a week. I've only been doing this for a couple of months now after realising I was getting far too fat, and that cycling was more fun than going to the gym. Definitely feeling a lot fitter for it, but my belly's not yet disappeared ;-)

I commute 22 miles per day for 3/4 days a week. No weekend biking for me until I get another mountain bike sorted out.

Am doing 24 every other day, just for exercise. Only 1.5 miles of that is uphill though, so I am thinking of changing my routine to a few reps of the uphill and perhaps just a 12 mile ride on the flat ground.

Similar experience to yours, except I don't think I cover half as much ground! I lost about 10 lbs quickly, then it levelled off and though I feel healthier and my back problems have disappeared, the weight is not going down. Dammit. I want to lose another 10-20 lbs.

My commute is a 30 mile round trip, mostly off road.

I aim do that 2 or 3 times a week, then maybe another ride of 20 - 30 miles.

So between 120ish on a good week to 30 on a lazy one.

Probably do about 30-odd miles commuting and 30-40 leisure (of which about 2/3rds off road)

Commuting is approx 60 miles a week topped up when I can get out with Tuesday 30-40miles and Sunday club runs 40-60miles and occaisionally some long distance Audax rides so anything from 60 -200 miles a week sometimes more.
