Wanting to buy a Monaro Vxr

I'm looking to buy a Vxr Monaro in the near future. I want the 6.0 but am i right in thinking that the interior has to be full leather as opposed to the half leather and alacantra that the earlier 5.7 came with. Seems like a small niggle but i have full leather recaros in my current and in the summer they are awfull. Shame the Monaro never came with refrigerated seats like some newer cars. By the way i'l be looking to buy second hand so that someone else more well off has taken the depreciation hit

I might be making a complete fool of myself but as far as I know all Monaros cam with full leather interior.

I shouldn't worry though, it soons cools down when you have the windows down listening to that lovely V8 sound

he's correct in saying some of them came with half leather seats - and I believe he's also right in saying it was the 04 VXR's. I've seen both and prefer the full leather. I haven't noticed any problems with the leather in the summer heat - and thats in a black car.

Just the 2004 VXR's came with a Leather / Alcantara interior (along with a proper boot).

yeah, yeah heard it all before - least we know how to deal with a little rain ie keep it in reservoirs so we can drink it, wash cars, fill swimming pools etc etc
