Must give a huge thanks to Booster an Dan for an absolutely spanking job on detailing "The Boss" - Jeez, the only time a car can ever look that good is when it's just come out of the spray bay during manufacture.

Here's some pix..

Firstly, the scale of the task..

Some "action" shots during "the clean"

Now, the "shining up"

And now... The result

Sorry Brian...

Glad you're pleased with it Chris and thanks everybody for the nice comments. The whole process took 2 full days as Chris said. The paintwork was actually in worse condition than i thought initially and took 2 passes with the PC. The were many stages to the detail to go into here but i had forgotten just how big this car is. Overall i am pleased with the result but to be honest i don't really have the time to do this sort of level of detail often. Certainly i will consider other peoples cars on here but you will have to be patient as i can only do this during my holidays and the next one isn't until october so book early. Hope Snetterton goes well and that Chris manages to keep the car clean

Forgot to add that I was sorry I couldn't see you off and thanks for the 'tip!' Black comes up absolutly stunning but it's a real pig to keep clean, bit of a double edged sword really
