thumbupWeds suits me better. 13th ok?

On a related note there was muttering about a weekend booze up too this month. I'd rather it was a Friday than a Saturday but does anyone else have a preference?

It's a bit like an illegal rave - you'll only find out a few hours beforehand.

Is the 13th OK for everyone?

Assuming the date is set, next question is where.

Anywhere other than a curry house / chinese /indian for me!!!!!

That's one hell of an assumption considering it's almost 2 weeks awayhehe And do you really not like curry or chinese??

I'll not be hooning this month, the BMW has developed quite a talent for making water disappear at an alarming rate.

I know it's a one hell of an assumption, but without an assumption being made, we'll all be here in 2 weeks still trying to decide on a date!!!

As to the curry question, I really don't like curry, chinese, indian, or any other strange food, hehe I'm quite happy with good old fashioned meat and 2 veg!!!!!

Italian or Mexican is also fine

As usual, I say I'll be there but have only made it once before! Wednesdays are best for me. No food preference, I eat everything (except peanut butter hurl)

You're weirdyes

I suspect the best thing as far as venue goes is to wait until we have a weather report, hoping to get a blat in before winter arrives. The options will be a) curry (you could have an omelete) or b) blat and pub.

I still can't believe you dislike all curry, there's so much variety.

Without being funny, but it's a bit off to dictate that we all can't have curry just because you don't like it?

After all the SW meets have always been Curry meets (usually).

As Bill says - surely there must be something you like?

Just a heads up but there is a pub out at Wraxall which is shortly converting to include an indian restaurant, has a reasonable car park so we can combine blat, beer, and balti in one convenient package.

I don't attend the monthly meets for this very reason.

I'm not really expecting everyone to agree with the normal food option, hence the exclamation marks in my earlier messages, I'm just making a suggestion i
If the consensus is that curry is the preferred option then I'll climb back into my box paperbag

rolleyes There's always one isn't there...

Well, it's pub or mexican. How about Casa Mexicana? Although the parking is difficult around there. Unless you are Bill.
