If you are looking to put a N/A 2wd vehicle on the rollers and dont want to cross the pond there is always Tommy's (Willfield Motors, Abercynon, 01443 740798)
He may not have modern equipment, his fan is on its limit but when it comes to experiance this guy has it in buckets compared to any of the new outfits in the area.

Emailed Powerstation twice and left messages when looking to get the race car remapped, didn't even bother to reply! I ended up using Mech Motorsport also in Cheltenham and the level of service this guy gave me was amazing, he tweaked all the timing and got the map spot on and my car simply flies www.rollingroad.co.uk can't recommend him highly enough.

I took my Griff to Interpro in Thornbury, north of Bristol yesterday. It's literally 10 minutes from the Aust Services at the old Severn Bridge - not far at all.
They charge £65 + vat for the first hour, £50 + vat thereafter.
To be honest I thought they'd scratch their heads looking at the V8, and wonder where you plug in the laptop. No such disappointment. All the guys were helpful and enthusiastic. OK, they do more blown jap stuff than a Tokyo whore, but when the car was on the rollers, they all came out for a look. True car enthusiasts.
Best of all, their rolling road guy knew more about setting up the engine than me, did everything I asked of him, and was very very helpful and talkative. They let you stand back and watch (at a distance), ply you with tea, and after over 2 hours on the rollers (exc strapping & setting up), optimising CO and timing, they handed me 6 dyno printouts and charged me just over £150.
Give them a clear (and realistic) idea of what you want and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Hah... a long story.
Basically, 237.5 at the flywheel.
We tried a standard 4.3 ecu and a 500 ecu and then we played with the timing and CO trim.
Essentially, the standard 4.3 gave the best mixture through the range, the 500 gave a bit more top end power (245 bhp) but was overrich in the low and mid range. The CO trim (which was one of the things I wanted to play with) does adjust CO through the rev range - not just at idle. However there's so much more fuel being injected under throttle its effect is negligible at WOT. The timing ended up back at 8 deg BTDC even on Optimax.
I don't know of any other TVRs that have been there, but I'd be interested for comparison.

You wont get that sort of experiance apart from Tommy anywhere else around here.
Every other RR down here is too new to be classed in the same league as the likes of Interpro and Powerstation.
