Looks good - I can relate to all the work he has had done - mine is virtually identical age and spec and has had pretty much the same work done, 2 RMS (second including clutch), Hood, except for the gearbox problem and brakes which are due for replacement any time now, and mine has 53k on the clock, so that explains his replacement at 60% wear.
The only thing that I would consider missing from his spec is PSM, a usefull option in my opinion.
Cheers
Phil

being fussy can the aluminium transmission tunnel be replaced with a black one easily or is it something specified at build?
ps thanks for the replies so far
I would imagine they're easy enough to change... Having owned a Boxster with a silver one and a 996 with the standard dark one I preferred the silver as it breaks the interior up a bit. I know that's down to personal preference though. You can get carbon fibre look ones IIRC ps thanks for the replies so far

yes easy to change and agree they are plasticky, to change to black plastic should be £100-150ish, I got a quote on my old car of about £350 to change to black leather rear console which is much nicer (that quote is not from an OPC)
agree that PSM is missing, only other missing item is leather interior (which adds doors and dash)
the leather seats and aircon mentioned are std spec
nice looking example though
