"aM i MISSING SOMETHING?! "

Possibly. For many it's the most desirable 911 ever made...

Maybe its the combination of 'RS' and 'Comfort' - its the oxymoron of the 911 world?

A friend of mine just bought the Red LHD 993 RS from GT Classics for £49k....can't see where this one justifies another £19k.....having said that I'm already in the 996 GT3RS camp!!! yes

LHD -v- RHD prices, although I'm happy with my LHD and £20k in the bag for tyres, petrol and Zymol

This thread could get really tedious and some old dullard could mention that not only are lhd 993RS cheaper than rhd, they also don't have the offset driving position of the rhd and the further advantage of the lhd cars 92 litre tank over the 65litre one...blah,,blah rolleyes

There are 41 of these rhd ones as well, maybe there is some possibility of hype generated around that? If this is a price trend, how long before they are in museums rather than used on road & track?

"but most of those have died of old age now surely?"

But...but...I'm only 35...that's not *that* old is it round these parts???

Mind you I am coming around to the niceties and merits of a modern interior - the Cayman S's ceature comforts are a nice change over the 993C4S...;-)
