Does a 996 GT3 have a rear wiper?

Topic says it all really, saw what was badged as a GT3 (mk1) today but thought it may have been a fake due to the rear wiper. Thought what with it being a stripped out lightweight homologation jobbie it would'nt need a rear wiper. Had a look through some old evo's but can't find a pic of the back...

No. Definitely no rear wiper on the GT3.

Does anybody know why there's no option listed for a rear wiper on the new GT3 ??
I think it's actually attached to the rear window, so can only assume the window on the GT3 is different, although I thought it was only the RS that had a lighter one ??

Stop looking at it Michael, and fix it , I'm missing it already !!

Not sure if it's due to the design of the rear spoiler but the rear screen never gets really dirty irrespective of the weather conditions.
