Hi - will be a new addition to Porsche ownership (hopefully) shortly and before I buy privately I want to get a check done.

I phoned Porsche Chiswick and they quoted me £350 + VAT for a pre purchase check that they can't get booked in for a fortnight !

What are the other options?
Are the RAC any good???

Thanks

Check the back of 911 & Porsche World, GT Purley Porsche & Porsche Post magazines for all the independent companies that will do them.

Also Peter Morgan does a comprehensive PPI for the same money.

Where abouts are you / car?

Don't bother with the RAc or AA for inspections. You need someone with specialist knowledge. Which model are you considering and how old is it? etc.

I have used Peter Morgan and would recommend him without hesitation.
