Seat swapping

Is this possible? Can the driver and passenger seats be swapped over so both seats get worn in at the same rate. Presently the passenger seat looks pristine. Maybe i just need to find some mates!!

The base cushion is only held in with velcro and lifts out. So you can even them out easily.

When i said swap seats i meant the whole seat/chair arrangement and not just the velcro seat pad. Are the chairs handed or are they identical? The reason for this absurd question is that when i went to the dealers a few weeks ago there was a lush looking tuscan until u looked at the state of the interior seats. The passenger seat was immaculate but the driver seat had seen a lot of use and was very, very worn. Hence my question.

They are handed in that the rake adjuster is on the outside in both cases.
Swap the over and the adjuster lever would be hard up against the transmission tunnel and you'd never get to it.
