Gallardo Nose Lift?

Hello all,

Does anybody know when the "nose lift" option started being offerred on gallardos? Has it been there from the begining or introduced much later?

Looking at buying a gallardo but live in central london which means 30 speed bumps before i can get onto an open road!

What are Gallardos like with speed humps normally? (i.e without the nose lift function)

Speed bumps in London are no problem (except one in Hyde Park with a big hole after it)
I've not got the lift system and have never had a problem - with the long ones just take them at a slight angle, just hit the others with one wheel

However we do have a car park near work where I got to the bottom, got stuck and had to reverse back out

For me, some carpark I know i just won't get into, but mostly due to the turning circle, not speed bumps, I don't have the lift system since this became an option on 2006 model, but you can could find a late 2005 9post Sept) with lift fitted. Speed bumps have never grounded the car, but entrances into car park have.
