Recommended Oil for a 944T?

I have bought a 944 Turbo which is fantastic and a have done a fair few miles in it now. I need to top up the oil, what do you recommend? Unfortunately I did not get a hand book with it.

Castrol RS 10W60
Motul 300V 20W60
Valvoline VR1 20W50

You should be safe with these - always warm up your engine properly, especially when the weather is pretty cold.
