When checking for a full service history on a 996 (pre-facelift) is the service interval by time as well as mileage. e.g. should there be one stamp per year or per 12,000, whichever comes first ? or is it a variable service interval like my golf ?

Cheers

As per your 1st thought - There should be one stamp per year or per 12,000 miles whichever comes 1st. My car had 21K when I bought it (4 y/o 02 plate) in the service book it has 4 services, just had the 48K service done despite the mileage.
