Upper Ball Joint

I have to replace the front upper wishbone balljoint.
Who can please tell me from which car it is?

according to john upham: specially manufactured by QH for DGS (minimum order is 500!)

Here we go cost/life verses .....ball joint 26.95 per side (I'm still seeing originals on cars 30 years old!)...rose joint set, joint/boot/spacers EN19 taper stud fitting inc. nuts, modify upright to take stud unit 81.74 per side...the difference is that the wishbone attacks the upright 6mm lower and this has value for when you want to race. Just my thoughts...
