Car blogs coming up on google search results

Just noticed the other day that when I google 'ford puma wheel size' my blog on here about my car (running costs type thing) came up at the 7th results down. Then yesterday when I googled 'ford puma brake fluid' the same thing was the 1st result. However when I tried today I can't find it on any of the first few pages .

I know I wasn't imaging this because I got 2 other people to google the same thing, just wondering if PH car blogs normally appear so high up in google seatch results, and is there any way to make it so you can only access it through my profile/from PH?
