Pimp my ride... 50's anglia

Right now on terrestrial channel 5 - Pimp my Ride are doing a 50's notchback anglia.

Looks interesting so far... will post after to say whether it was heresy or not.

It didn't need the blue neons and I wasn't too sure about the grill, but he seemed chuffed. They even cut down the electronics - only 2 small screens (allegedly digital photo frames) in the back of the headrests, two equally small screens which are hidden in the rear pillar and slide out, and a mini jukebox in the 50's diner style boot.

Yeah, I wasn't overly keen on the front either. Needed chrome, but not that much chrome - it looked a bit cheap.

Liked the proper pinstriping too.

apart from the grille and neons I liked it, very nice colour (Rover colour I think?)

needed some more unique wheels than super-lites and lowering an inch but easily the nest theyve done

i would like to punch that westwood ponce to death. cannot stand that bloke.

car looks ok though, i had an anglia and would not of put that grille on it
