A few people have asked that, and im happy to arrange somthing reasonably informal, probably end of feb/early march.
There are quite a few new drivers / new driver car combinations so it would be good to get together and go through how things work.
If anyones interested stick yer name down here with your location and i'll try and put somthing together early next year.
It also gives you a target to get the car ready before the racing starts.
we can either join a track day ( depending on sound levels) or a general test day at somewhere like mallory or silverstone..

Mallory starts their weekly Wednesday test sessions on Feb 14th. About 85 squid for the morning if I remember correctly. 0900 -1230. You normally get 1 1/2 hours, a bit more if not many turn up. A bit restricted due to the nature of the track but it offers cheap seat time on a regular basis.
Also, at the start of the season, you get the advantage of seeing some of the top superbike and Moto GP riders in action at the pm bike session, and having a mingle in the pits. Very friendly bunch.
