The original name of this front-engined fueler was "The Michigander," but when it came to the UK in 1966 it was called "Ultrasonic." Does anyone know why the name was changed?

"Ultrasonic" was the first American dragster to run at The Pod when it opened in 1966

I can only assume it was renamed because the name "Michigander" wouldn't have meant anything over here. I believe most if not all of the 1966 American Commandos team came from Michigan State. The car was still named "Ultrasonic" when it came back in 1967.
