hi its there any pattern outer sills for a 944,and rear demister takes so long to work any reason for this or is this a commom ploblem

Does it need a whole sill or will a good quality repair do? Which bit has succumed to the dreaded tin worm? A local body shop did a good job of mine. It was transformed from this...

Very neat job, what you cant see is the box section behind has also been replaced as it was rotten. No actual replacement panels used just steel sheets cut and shaped to fit.

Originals from Porsche are around £160 ish AFAIK.

hi thanks looks like i will it cut out and re done..once the sill as been cut out can uyou get to where the back sub frame sits to weld there or not ??
