Using an agent / broker

Has anyone got any experience of using intermediaries to source a vehicle. Specifically, does anyone know about RPM?

Brokers usually source their cars from dealers, assuming you are looking for a used car the broker will want a slice of the margin - surely better to contact the dealer youself and negotiate that extra bit of discount rather than let the broker have it - much better in your pocket than theirs !

It may be worth speaking to Rob Ingleby from www.findasportcar.co.uk

He is a qaulified engineer, and will do an independent vehicle inspection.

He's known to negotiate a keener price for the car too - part of the service apparently!

Heard many good things about him.
