I have to say, "never been on track", why the hell would you buy a GT3 and not take it on track???

you can get insurance...

I guess I just dont get why people buy track-day special cars and don't track them?

Dunno, but I'd be hard pressed to choose a 15 year old 964RS over that assuming its as good as described!

When I was 10 I once found bundles of notes down a friends parent's sofa. Funnily enough the dad want to jail for fraud a few years later.

true, and i suppose it is a comfort spec, which makes more sense for it not being tracked...

There are a number of steeler cars (MK1 GT3) being offered for anywhere between £41K and £47K and they work on margins of £6K - £10K for a car like this. £36k Price seems about right for a private sale.
